So often we can get bogged down by the demands of the day-to-day. We forget that play and joy are a huge part of making us feel connected and inspired. The Playful Reset is designed to help you explore your practice in a creative and joyful way, without judgement or expectation. This is an intimate day retreat of only 5 people, so you have my full attention! Here's a little outline of the day to get you excited! -Smoothie/ juice and intention setting -Creative vinyasa flow- (move in unexpected ways!) -Beautiful veggie grazing lunch -Playful arm balance workshop -Refreshments -Restorative inspired wind-down -Tea and treats -Goodbyes This Retreat is open to anyone who has a yoga asana practice. Cancellation Policy

For retreat days, bookings are refundable up until one month prior to the event. Please contact Amy to do so. Classes cancelled up to two hours prior to start can be transferred to another class or refunded if booked as a drop in. If a pass is being used to book the session, this may be transferred or credited back to the account. Please contact Amy to do so.
